Small Group Personal Training

What is the SGPT


Group personal training is a hour-long session personal to your fitness needs. Each session will include yourself and up to two others with similar goals of creating a healthier and fitter version of themselves.

Each session is carefully planned to suit the individual goals of all participants, ensuring progress for everyone.

The sessions are updated on the regular to allow for participants to continue to develop and move forward through their fitness journey while learning new skills.
